NobelSMS makes it easy to launch campaigns, whether you are sending a single message, scheduling a bulk SMS, or uploading preformatted files.

You have two main options:

• Send Campaign from File – Upload a file with your recipient list and message details to quickly send bulk messages.
• Step-by-Step Campaign Builder – Use the campaign creation wizard to set up your campaign directly from the dashboard.

Creating a Campaign (Step-by-Step)

When you click Create Campaign on the Campaigns Tab, the system opens a guided, multi-step interface that helps you configure and launch your campaign.

Section 1: Choose a Sender ID

• Select an existing Sender ID or create a new one.

Section 2: Message Content

• Write your SMS directly or use a saved template.
• Personalize messages for stronger engagement if needed.

Section 3: MO Reply Templates

• Assign or create an MO reply template to handle incoming responses.
• This ensures a consistent communication flow with your recipients.

Section 4: Select Contacts and Tags

Manage who will receive your campaign using several options:

• Select or Create Tags – Choose from existing tags or create new ones for targeted campaigns.
• Add a Contact — Manually add an individual number.
• Upload a List — Import contacts in bulk (CSV/Excel) and assign them to a tag.
• Blacklist Management – Exclude numbers that should not receive SMS. Contacts removed here will not be deleted from the tag itself, only excluded from this campaign.

Section 5: Send or Schedule Campaign

Here you can finalize your campaign:

• Add a description and internal label for tracking.
• Configure delivery failure thresholds.
• Add notification email addresses to receive campaign status updates.
• Choose whether to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for later.
• Run a test campaign before sending to your full audience.
